IT HelpDesk Update - v2.3.1
Description
This will update the IT HelpDesk module from v2.3 to v2.3.1, the Premises HelpDesk from v2.3 to v2.3.1, and the LDAP module from v1.0 to v1.0.1 for the introupe system.
It is highly recommended to install this update even if you do not experience any of the problems stated below.
This update contains the following changes:
- Emailing tickets and followups from either help desk
- Premises HelpDesk not using first 30 characters of description for the subject
- A message is now displayed when attempting to access an invalid ticket for either help desk
- Emails generated by either help desk now contain a valid URL

Download Update
- Click the 'Download Update' link above.
- Accept the license agreement and the download will start.
- BACKUP YOUR INTRANET AND DATABASE
- Run the update on the server. It will not work otherwise
