IT HelpDesk Update - v2.4.3
Description
This will update the IT HelpDesk module from v2.4.2 to v2.4.3 for the introupe system.
It is highly recommended to install this update even if you do not experience any of the problems stated below.
This update contains the following changes:
- Resolved bug with emailing from either IT or Premises HelpDesk when LDAP is enabled.
- Internal memory management issue resolved when closing Apache.

- BACKUP YOUR INTRANET AND DATABASE
- Run the update on the server. It will not work otherwise
