Updates for introupe

Update Bundle 4.1

This is Update Bundle 4.1 available for the introupe system. This will update introupe v2.4 (with UB4).

It is highly recommended to install this update even if you do not experience any of the problems stated below.

Added "Send To" in SMTP settings to send a test email.
Added "Send From" in SMTP settings to allow you to specify the email address of the sender.
Improved look of article attachments in CMS.
Fixed an issue when sending emails to multiple recipients.
Fixed issues with no results being displayed in the Inventory module.
Fixed an issue with viewing and editing consumables in Inventory module.
Fixed an issue with not being able to add PAT test records in Inventory module.
Fixed an issue with not being able to add or edit an asset in Inventory module.
Fixed an issue with articles in CMS appearing differently when editing is available.
Fixed an issue with article properties not being displayed in CMS.
Fixed an issue with parents not being displayed in CMS edit article properties.
Fixed an issue when saving articles which contain special characters.
Fixed an issue with "Reason for Request" not appearing in IT HelpDesk.
Fixed an issue where creating 2 or more articles straight after each other results in the web page locking up.
