Content Management System (CMS) Features include: departmentalise information, restrict access to certain pages for certain members of staff or groups, upload documents/pictures/etc, etc. |
News / Announcements Features include: add news items, news items are shown on the homepage, etc. |
Calendar Features include: view entries for current day on homepage, add entry on specified date, etc. |

Room and Equipment Booking Features include: grouping rooms into sets for easier navigation, book rooms and assets for the 'extended day', limit advance bookings, simply click 'Book' to book a room/asset or make a booking with advanced options, repeat bookings (daily, week daily, weekly), import timetable, etc. |
IT HelpDesk Features include: view outstanding jobs and finished jobs, add new jobs with various criteria, add followups, email originator and IT staff of updates, display notices to everyone, etc. |
