Books

Content Management System (CMS)
Improve the accessibility of your organisations documents and materials by placing them in the CMS for users to access. For schools, these documents could be lesson materials, lesson objectives, homework, etc. For businesses, these documents could be company procedures, operations, admin forms, etc.

Features include: departmentalise information, restrict access to certain pages for certain members of staff or groups, upload documents/pictures/etc, etc.

News

News / Announcements
Inform your users quickly and easily about news and announcements.

Features include: add news items, news items are shown on the homepage, etc.

Calendar

Calendar
Allow users to view key dates and events, and allow certain people/groups to create them.

Features include: view entries for current day on homepage, add entry on specified date, etc.

Booking

Room and Equipment Booking
Allow users to book rooms and equipment easily and quickly. No more double bookings!

Features include: grouping rooms into sets for easier navigation, book rooms and assets for the 'extended day', limit advance bookings, simply click 'Book' to book a room/asset or make a booking with advanced options, repeat bookings (daily, week daily, weekly), import timetable, etc.

Help Button

IT HelpDesk
Allow users to easily report ICT problems to the ICT team. The ICT team can then keep the users up-to-date regarding the problem.

Features include: view outstanding jobs and finished jobs, add new jobs with various criteria, add followups, email originator and IT staff of updates, display notices to everyone, etc.

Premises HelpDesk
Allow users to easily report premises problems to the premises team. The premises team can then keep the users up-to-date regarding the problem.

Features include: view outstanding jobs and finished jobs, add new jobs with various criteria, add followups, email originator and Premises/Caretaking staff of updates, display notices to everyone, etc.

Email

Messaging
Allow users to send messages to each other. New messages are indicated to the recipient on every page.

Features include: view messages, compose messages, send messages to multiple recipients, mark messages as urgent, see if the recipient has read it, etc.

Inventory

IT Inventory
Store all the details for your PCs, servers, printers, etc, in this inventory module. Manage your printer consumables too!

Features include: store computers, store peripherals, manage printer consumables, etc.

Wiki

Wiki
This Wiki module is an implementation of PhpWiki and therefore is available entirely free of charge under the GNU license agreement.

Features include: create unlimited articles, manage contributions, automatically link articles together, etc.

Team

TeamLeader
Manage the workload of your department and team easily. Assign jobs/tasks to your staff, and they can update the jobs and 'finish' them. This is currently linked into the IT HelpDesk system.

Features include: create tasks for eash team member, monitor tasks, set priority of tasks, etc.

NOTE: Only available in next major release!

LDAP
Allow users to authenticate themselves against Active Directory. Utilise all users and groups from your Active Directory system to allow users to login. Specify permissions of modules and articles using groups from your Active Directory.

Features include: authenticate to Active Directory, use all users and groups from your Active Directory.

Work

Work Experience
Easily manage which staff visit students on their work experience placement. Staff can selective choose which students/places they would like to visit and then record if they have phoned them and then visited them.

Features include: importing places and students from their website, assigning staff to students/places, etc.
